The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board may also consider any other business matters with the permission of the Chair.
The company had previously intimated the stock exchange about the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure became effective from June 26, 2026. According to the current intimation, the trading window closure period will end 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results.
