Vivimed Labs Limited has announced the postponement of its Board of Directors meeting. The meeting, which was originally scheduled to be held on the 28th of May 2026, has been rescheduled.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026.
The rescheduled meeting will now be held on the 30th of May 2026. The location of the meeting will be Hyderabad.
Consequently, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all designated persons shall remain closed. The closure is effective until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results following the conclusion of the rescheduled board meeting.
