Viyash Scientific Appoints Two Carlyle Directors, Revises ESOP

• Viyash Scientific appointed Amit Jain and Abhiroop Jayanthi, representing Carlyle group, as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors effective April 22, 2026.
• The Board approved a reduction in the ESOP 2026 pool from 1,34,75,000 to 1,30,98,000 stock options based on NRC recommendations.
• Both director appointments are subject to shareholder approval and the individuals are liable to retire by rotation.
