VJTF Eduservices intimated BSE of its board meeting scheduled for 30th May 2026 to approve audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2026.
The board will also consider appointing an internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
The intimation is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations 29 and 33.
