Overview
VMS Events, a subsidiary of VMS Group, announced a comprehensive rebranding and the launch of its first international office in London. The new brand identity, featuring a refreshed logo and visual language, is intended to signal the company’s evolution from a pure events‑led firm to an integrated marketing and brand‑experience organization.
Domestic Expansion
The firm now operates in six Indian cities, strengthening its domestic footprint with larger offices and enhanced operational capabilities. This expansion supports a growing team and augments creative, technological, and execution capacities, enabling VMS to manage larger, multi‑discipline mandates.
International Footprint
The London office marks VMS Group’s inaugural overseas presence, providing a gateway to UK and broader international markets. It will facilitate cross‑border partnerships, support Indian brands seeking global exposure, and offer global organisations access to VMS’s execution expertise in India.
Integrated Service Offering
Under the new VMS Events brand, four core service areas are consolidated:
- Activations, Events and MICE – brand activations, corporate events, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, consumer outreach programmes and large‑format experiences.
- Tech‑Led Experiences – interactive, immersive, technology‑enabled solutions that blend digital innovation with physical environments.
- Merchandising – brand merchandise and retail‑led solutions designed to extend visibility and deepen consumer connections.
- Full‑Funnel Marketing – end‑to‑end marketing covering strategy, creative communication, campaign execution, consumer engagement and measurable outcomes across the customer journey.
These capabilities are delivered through a unified platform that integrates strategy, creativity, technology, production, retail visibility and marketing execution.
Strategic Investments
Alongside the rebranding, VMS Group is increasing investment in its in‑house mar‑tech company Buzybug and its sales arm Gurmyst, which focuses on SMB and government segments. These initiatives aim to bolster the company’s technological edge and sales reach.
Client Portfolio
VMS Events’ portfolio spans key sectors such as technology, alcobev, FMCG, financial services, automotive and consumer electronics. Notable clients include HP, Intel, AMD, PepsiCo, HDFC Bank, American Express, Pernod Ricard, Beam Suntory, Diageo, Philip Morris India, Dabur, Maruti Suzuki Motors, Mankind Pharma and Nestlé.

Pradeep Sharma, Founder and Chairman of VMS Group, stated that the rebrand reflects the company’s broader ambition and that the London office provides an important gateway to international markets. He emphasized the goal of building a globally connected organization capable of thinking globally, collaborating across markets, and executing locally with equal strength.
