Vodafone Idea Appoints Kumar Mangalam Birla Chairman

Vodafone Idea's Board accepted Ravinder Takkar's request to step down as Non-Executive Chairman effective May 5, 2026.
Kumar Mangalam Birla was appointed as the new Non-Executive Chairman of the board effective the same date.
Ravinder Takkar was simultaneously appointed as the Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the board.
