Voltas Appoints Sunil D'Souza as Additional Director

Voltas appoints Mr. Sunil Alaric D'Souza as an Additional Non-Independent Non-Executive Director effective 14th May 2026.
His term is approved to last until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
Mr. D'Souza is the MD & CEO of Tata Consumer Products and has 33 years of experience in the consumer sector.
