Adding statutory contributions (Provident Fund, ESI, gratuity) at 15‑20 %, outbound telephony charges of Rs 0.30‑0.80 per minute, seat and infrastructure expenses, team‑lead and quality‑assurance overhead, and accounting for an annual attrition rate of 30‑60 % raises the fully loaded cost to the Rs 6‑10 (Tier‑2) and Rs 12‑17 (metro) ranges cited.

Operational Rationale

Founder Gaurav Vishwakarma explains that the AI solution is intended not to replace salespeople but to off‑load repetitive, high‑volume tasks such as first‑touch qualification calls, outbound reminders, follow‑up sequences, off‑hours inbound handling and regional‑language coverage.
