VR LIVIN Ventures LLP officially launched “THE FIRST”, an 83‑villa gated residential community in Madhavaram, North Chennai, on August 29‑30, 2026. The launch ceremony was attended by Chief Guest Thiru N. Ravichandran, Chairman of TVH Group of Companies, along with special guests Hitesh Kawad of SPR India, Sunil Khetpalia, Managing Director of KLP, and Vastu expert Parduman Suri of Astro Parduman. Live instrumental music accompanied the gathering of business and social sector guests.

Within the first two days of the launch, the project recorded sales of 20 luxury villas, indicating strong early market response.

The location offers proximity to the Madhavaram Metro station and the Botanical Garden, providing residents easy access to public transport and key social infrastructure.

Founder Vimal Kummar Jain stated that the vision is to make quality homes with modern features affordable for more families, emphasizing that buyers should not compromise on specifications while receiving value. Co‑founder Rupesh Kunkulol added that the project marks an important expansion of VR LIVIN’s presence in Chennai, focusing on secure, well‑planned communities and aiming to build customer trust through quality construction and timely delivery.
