VR LIVIN Ventures LLP launched “THE FIRST”, an 83‑villa gated residential community in Madhavaram, North Chennai. The launch event took place on August 29 and 30, 2026, with Thiru N. Ravichandran, Chairman of TVH Group of Companies, serving as chief guest. Special guests included Hitesh Kawad of SPR India, Sunil Khetpalia, Managing Director of KLP, and world‑renowned Vastu expert Astro Parduman. The ceremony featured live instrumental music and attendance from business and social sector representatives.

Within the first two days of the launch, the project recorded sales of 20 luxury villas, demonstrating strong early buyer interest. Each villa is equipped with smart‑home features and the community offers more than 50 lifestyle amenities. The development is strategically situated close to the Madhavaram Metro station and the Botanical Garden, providing residents with convenient public transport and access to key social infrastructure.

Founder Vimal Kummar Jain stated that the vision is to deliver quality homes with modern features at an affordable price, emphasizing that buyers should not have to compromise on specifications. Co‑founder Rupesh Kunkulol added that the project supports VR LIVIN’s expansion in Chennai, focusing on secure, well‑planned communities and building customer trust through quality construction and timely delivery.

Chairman Thiru N. Ravichandran described “THE FIRST” as one of the best residential offerings in Madhavaram and highlighted its value‑for‑money proposition, citing Jain’s 25 years of sector experience as a confidence factor.

VR LIVIN plans to develop additional residential projects across Chennai and other South Indian cities. The company’s earlier projects in Madhavaram include Serenity and Evita, and it currently has two more projects in the pipeline in Chennai.
