VSD Confin Limited has issued a notice pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th August, 2026, at the company's Registered Office located at 308-B, 3rd Floor, Shalimar Square, B. N. Road, Lalbagh, Lucknow – 226001 (U.P.). The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, among other items.
Furthermore, the company has reiterated the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in its shares. The window was closed effective from 26th June 2026, as per the company's earlier intimation, and will remain closed for all Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees, and all other persons covered under the company's "Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned un-audited financial results. All covered persons have been advised not to trade in the company's securities during this period.
