VST Industries Shareholders Approve Piyush Srivastava as MD & CEO

VST Industries shareholders approved the appointment of Piyush Srivastava as Managing Director & CEO for a 5-year term via a postal ballot.
The resolution passed with 99.99% of votes in favor, with 117,112,697 votes for and 10,830 votes against.
The appointment is effective from March 2, 2026, following the conclusion of the e-voting period on April 3, 2026.
