Key achievements at Natesan Synchrocones: Led establishment of DSIR-recognized R&D centre, company's expansion into aerospace, formation of Kyowa Natesan Synchro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Indo-Japanese joint venture)
Previous experience: Senior leadership roles at Applied Materials, USA, where she created over US$1 billion in new markets and drove operational excellence through Six Sigma
