Industries (India) Limited has completed the transaction involving mutual surrender/termination of a Lease Agreement and sale/transfer of industrial land situated at Doddajala Village Panchayath, near Bengaluru. The completion occurred on June 3, 2026, following the execution and registration of necessary documents and completion of applicable formalities.
This transaction was previously approved by the Company's Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 26, 2026, as disclosed to the stock exchanges on the same date under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The current disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30(7) of the SEBI LODR Regulations to inform about the completion of the transaction. The mutual surrender/termination of the Lease Agreement and the sale/transfer of the industrial land now stand completed as of June 3, 2026.
