- Remote e-voting opens: 19th September 2026 at 9.00 AM
- Remote e-voting closes: 21st September 2026 at 5.00 PM
- Cut-off date for e-voting eligibility: 15th September 2026
- Members can vote electronically during the AGM if they haven't voted remotely
- Once a vote is cast, it cannot be changed
Book Closure Period
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for equity shares will remain closed from 16th September 2026 to 22nd September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 63rd AGM.
