Waa Solar Executes 48.15 MW MP Power PPAs

Waa Solar Limited executed 7 Power Purchase Agreements with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company for 48.15 MW capacity.
The PPAs are under the PM-KUSUM C Yojana feeder solarization program with a 25-year project tenure.
Company will sell solar energy at approved tariffs ranging from ₹2.73 to ₹2.75 per unit to MPPMCL.
The contracts are domestic, non-related party transactions with no promoter group interest.
