Waaree Energies Board Meeting for Q1 FY27 Results

Waaree Energies Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about a scheduled Board of Directors meeting under SEBI LODR Regulation 29.

The Board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Additionally, the company confirms that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed as per the company's Insider Trading Code under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure period began on July 1, 2026 and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The trading window closure applies to all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons of the company, and their Immediate Relatives as defined in Schedule B of the regulations.
