Waaree Renewable Acquires 55% Stake for ₹1,225 Cr

Waaree Renewable executed definitive agreements to acquire 55% stake in Associated Power Structures for ₹1,225 crore.
The acquisition will make APSPL a subsidiary and was completed through share purchase and subscription agreements.
Transaction completion is now expected by June 15, 2026, delayed from the original April 30 target due to procedural requirements.
The investment involves purchasing existing Class A shares and subscribing to new Class B shares at fair market value.
