Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has completed the transfer of its entire shareholding in Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited (formerly known as Sunsational Energy Private Limited) to Waaree Energies Limited, its holding company.
The transfer involves 100% of the equity shareholding in WGDCPL and was completed on October 30, 2026. Consequently, WGDCPL has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited effective October 30, 2026.
The company received formal intimation of the completion of the transfer on October 30, 2026, at 3:15 PM IST.
