Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has made a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company received two Letters of Award (LOA) on July 25, 2026, at 12:15 pm IST for the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works. The awards are for two ground-mounted Solar PV plants with capacities of 400 MWac / 530 MWp and 400 MWac / 552 MWp, aggregating to a total capacity of 800 MWac / 1,082 MWp.
The order was awarded by a domestic entity described as "One of India's leading Renewable Energy companies." The nature of the order is commercial and domestic.
The project is scheduled to be completed during the financial year 2027-28, as per the terms of the order.
The company has confirmed that the promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. The order does not qualify as a related party transaction.
The disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, with detailed particulars provided in the enclosed Annexure A.
