Waaree Subsidiary Commences 1.10 GW Solar Inverter Production

Waaree Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, commenced commercial production of its new solar inverter manufacturing line on September 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

The new manufacturing line has an annual installed capacity of 1.10 GW and is located at the factory in Sarodhi, Valsad, Gujarat.

This expansion increases Waaree Power Private Limited's aggregate annual installed capacity for solar inverter manufacturing from 3.05 GW to 4.15 GW.

The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
