Demonstrated track record of scaling organisations, building leadership pipelines, and designing people systems in high-growth environments.

Previously served as Director, Human Resources at Amazon for close to thirteen years:
Led global early career talent strategy across 40+ countries and 300+ universities
Led people strategy for Amazon's India technology organisation through its growth from approximately 150 to over 5,000 employees
Founded NeonRay Consulting, advising boards and chief executives on people strategy, organisation design, and workforce transformation
Worked with Infosys BPM as a senior HR leader across multiple delivery centres
Began career as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army, serving in the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers in the rank of Captain
