Walmond Group announced on 23 October 2026 the launch of Rajvanam, a private estate comprising 31 managed farmhouses spread over 27 acres of open green land in Govindgarh, Alwar, Rajasthan. The project is opened for investment during the Navratri festive season.
Project Details
Each farmhouse ranges from 1,800 to 3,025 square yards and offers two to five bedrooms. Private gardens of 600 to 1,000 square yards accompany each unit, together with an organic kitchen garden maintained by estate staff. More than 70 percent of the 27‑acre estate remains green, featuring over 10,000 trees and plants, orchards with more than ten fruit varieties, walking and cycling tracks, and water bodies. Air quality is reported at an AQI of less than 30. The clubhouse exceeds 25,000 square feet and includes a restaurant, café, swimming pool, gym, yoga centre, library, theatre, business centre and conference spaces. Resort‑trained staff provide housekeeping and maintenance, while 24‑hour security guards and CCTV monitor the gated community.
Wellness & Lifestyle
Rajvanam is positioned as a second‑home destination where wellness is integrated into daily living, emphasizing harmony with nature, farm‑to‑table eating, and outdoor recreation. A homestay and eco‑tourism programme, operated by the Rajvanam team, enables owners to generate rental income when the property is not in personal use. Gautam Arjun, Managing Director of Rajvanam, stated, \"We did not want to build another house with a garden next to it; we wanted to create a place where wellness happens organically.\"
Location & Connectivity
The estate lies just off the Delhi‑Mumbai Expressway, approximately 90 minutes from Subhash Chowk, Gurugram, and two hours from Jaipur. The forthcoming Barvada exit on the expressway is expected to further reduce travel time. Rajvanam is also conveniently situated for visits to Keoladeo National Park in Bharatpur, Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, Ranthambore National Park and Sariska Tiger Reserve.
Ownership & Legal
All property titles are declared clear and project approvals have been verified by the Rajvanam management. The first phase is limited to the 31 farmhouses, and private site visits are now being accepted via email at life@rajvanam.com.
