Walmond Group announced on 23 October 2026 the launch of Rajvanam, a private estate comprising 31 managed farmhouses situated on 27 acres of open green land at Govindgarh, Alwar, Rajasthan. The project is being opened for investment during the Navratri festive season and lies just off the Delhi‑Mumbai Expressway, approximately 90 minutes by road from Subhash Chowk, Gurugram.
Property Details
Farmhouses range from 1,800 to 3,025 square yards and are configured with two to five bedrooms. Each unit includes a private garden of 600 to 1,000 square yards plus an organic kitchen garden maintained by estate staff. The estate’s clubhouse spans more than 25,000 square feet and houses a restaurant, café, swimming pool, gym, yoga centre, library, theatre, business centre and conference facilities. Security is provided by 24‑hour guards and CCTV throughout the gated community, and resort‑trained staff handle housekeeping and maintenance.
Wellness and Lifestyle
The design emphasizes organic wellness, with over 70 % of the 27‑acre site retained as green space, more than 10,000 trees and plants, orchards featuring more than ten fruit varieties, walking and cycling tracks, and water bodies. Air quality index (AQI) levels are reported to be below 30. Produce from the estate’s gardens and orchards supplies the clubhouse restaurant, and owners can work from the estate using the business centre.
Rental and Income Option
A homestay and eco‑tourism programme, operated by the Rajvanam team, allows owners to generate rental income when the farmhouse is not in personal use.
Location and Connectivity
Rajvanam is located roughly 90 minutes from Gurugram and two hours from Jaipur. The forthcoming Barvada exit on the expressway is expected to further reduce travel time. The estate is also positioned near tourist destinations such as Keoladeo National Park (Bharatpur), Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, Ranthambore National Park and Sariska Tiger Reserve.
