Wardwizard Foods and Beverages Limited has intimated the BSE Corporate Relations Department about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 4th November 2026. The meeting will consider and approve two agenda items:
- Approval of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026 for financial year 2026-27
- Any other business with permission of Chairperson and majority of Directors present
The company had previously informed the exchange via letter no. WFBL/BSE/TW-Q2/SEP-2026 dated 24th September 2026 about the closure of the trading window for all designated persons as defined in the Code of Conduct. The trading window closure is for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results.
The trading window closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 ("SEBI PIT Regulations") read with the Company's Code of Conduct – Prohibition of Insider Trading.
The trading window has been closed since Thursday, 1st October 2026 and will remain closed until completion of 48 hours after the declaration/publication of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026. This extends the closure until Friday, 6th November 2026.
