Wardwizard Healthcare Appoints Yuvraj Priyadarshi Additional Director

Wardwizard Healthcare Limited appointed Mr. Yuvraj Priyadarshi (DIN: 08055832), its current CEO, as Additional Director w.e.f. 23rd March 2026.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM; Mr. Priyadarshi is liable to retire by rotation.
Mr. Priyadarshi holds 20+ years of healthcare experience including WHO East Africa, and is Founder & MD of AMAX HSEQ Pvt. Ltd. and AMAX Medical Center.
