Vivek Goenka (son of Vinay Kumar Goenka) appointed as Additional Whole Time Director designated Vice Chairman & Managing Director from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2029.
Shareholder approval for both resolutions to be sought via Postal Ballot under Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations 2015.
