Recent Expansion Context: The Gujarat flag off follows WCIL's inauguration of its General Cargo Terminal (GCT) at the GCD Yard of the Kolkata Dock System under Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority (SMPA) on September 11, 2026.
