Websol Energy System Limited has intimated the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, 10th August, 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY2027).
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Company had previously communicated about the closure of the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares through a letter dated 29th June, 2026. The trading window closure period began on Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 and will now remain closed until Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, extending beyond the board meeting date.
