Websol Energy Declares ₹0.25 Final Dividend

Websol Energy System Limited has intimated the stock exchanges regarding its dividend declaration and record date.

The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on April 27, 2026, considered and approved a final dividend of ₹0.25 (25%) per equity share. The shares have a face value of Re. 1/- each. This dividend is for the financial year 2025-26.

The dividend payment is subject to approval by the company's members (shareholders) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled to be held on September 22, 2026.

The company has fixed Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as the record date. This date will be used to determine the eligibility of shareholders who are entitled to receive the dividend on the company's equity shares.
