Welspun Corp Acquires 45% Stake in WCSL

Welspun Corp Limited completed acquisition of 45% equity stake in Welspun Corporate Services Limited on 25 March 2026.
The acquisition involved 4,500 equity shares of ₹10 each at a total consideration of ₹45,000.
WCSL, formerly known as Welspun Home Textiles Limited, has now become an associate of Welspun Corp Limited.
