Welspun Corp Limited (WCL) has received communication from its wholly-owned subsidiary Welspun Global Holdings Limited (WGHL), DIFC, UAE that WGHL's Board of Directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Jordan at their meeting held on 18th September, 2026.
Upon incorporation, the new entity will become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of WCL.
