Annual General Meeting Details
The 31st AGM of the company will be held on Friday, 17th July, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing (VC) / other audio-visual means (OAVM) in accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. The proceedings will be deemed to be conducted at the company's Registered Office at Welspun City, Village Versamedi, Taluka Anjar, District Kutch, Gujarat-370110, India.
Record Date and Dividend Information
The company has fixed Tuesday, 30th June, 2026 as the record date for determining members eligible to receive dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2026. The dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, will be paid on or after Monday, 20th July, 2026, if approved at the AGM.
Voting Eligibility Cut-off Date
The company has fixed Friday, 10th July, 2026 as the "Cut-off Date" for determining members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM.
