Welspun DI Pipes Limited (WDI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Welspun Corp Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary named Welspun Special Coating Private Limited (WSCPL).

Incorporation Details

• Subsidiary incorporated with effect from September 17, 2026
• Certificate of Incorporation received from Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre
• Initial paid-up share capital: ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only)
• Capital structure: 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each, subscribed by Welspun DI Pipes Limited

Business Activities

WSCPL will engage in the business of applying, providing, executing and undertaking all types of coating works including:

• Polyolefin, polymers, fusion bonded epoxy coatings
• Internal fusion bonded epoxy, epoxy, polyurethane coatings
• Polyethylene, polypropylene, coal tar coatings
• Blasting, painting, anti-corrosive, anti-rust coatings
• Abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant and other protective or functional coatings
• Any combination of the above coating services
