Welspun Enterprises Limited completed acquisition of 20% equity stake in Welspun Corporate Services Limited on March 25, 2026.
The acquisition involved 2,000 equity shares of ₹10 each at a total consideration of ₹20,000.
Consequent to the acquisition, WCSL has become an associate company of Welspun Enterprises Limited.
