Management Changes Approved

The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approved the following changes with immediate effect from July 08, 2026:

1. Sandeep Garr Role Expansion

  • Mr. Sandeep Garg, Managing Director of Welspun Enterprises Limited, will assume interim leadership of the Company's Water vertical operations
  • This is in addition to his existing roles and responsibilities
  • Purpose: Organizational realignment and strengthening independent business verticals

2. Saurin Patel Role Refinement

  • Mr. Saurin Patel, currently Head Integrated Water Vertical and Managing Director of WMEL
  • Will continue as Managing Director of WMEL but with focused responsibilities
  • New focus: Strengthening WMEL as a product and technology-led water solutions company
  • Previous responsibility of Head Integrated Water Vertical reassigned

3. Hardik Dhebar Resignation

  • Mr. Hardik Dhebar's resignation as Head Finance & Investor Relations and Chief Financial Officer of WMEL has been accepted
  • Effective date of resignation acceptance: July 08, 2026
  • Final departure date: August 14, 2026 (close of business hours)
  • Reason for resignation: Pursuing professional opportunities outside the Welspun Group aligned with long-term career objectives
