Welspun Enterprises incorporated Welspun Pune Shirur Projects Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary on May 09, 2026.
The subsidiary will execute a 53.40 km partially elevated highway project in Maharashtra on DFBOT (Toll) mode.
The company invested ₹100,000 for 10,000 equity shares representing 100% ownership in the new entity.
This infrastructure subsidiary is yet to commence business operations as of the incorporation date.
