Welspun Enterprises received a Letter of Award for a ₹7,300 crore, 53.4 km partially elevated highway project in Maharashtra on DBFOT (Toll) mode.
The project has a 29-year sub-concession period, including a 4-year construction phase, awarded by Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation.
This award increases the company's standalone order book to approximately ₹18,755 crore, significantly boosting its transportation vertical to ₹6,152 crore.
The project is domestic, not a related party transaction, and involves no promoter group interest in the awarding entity.
