The primary agenda of this meeting is to consider and approve the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Additionally, the company confirmed that the Trading Window Closure Period, as per its Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, will end 48 hours after the financial results are made public on 6th November 2026.
