Welspun Specialty Re-appoints Two Independent Directors

Welspun Specialty Solutions shareholders approved the re-appointment of two independent directors via postal ballot concluded on April 10, 2026.
Mr. K H Viswanathan was re-appointed for a second 4-year term with 99.96% approval from 367.78 million votes cast.
Ms. Amita Misra was also re-appointed for a second 4-year term with 99.96% approval from 367.78 million votes cast.
The voting process was conducted electronically via NSDL from March 12 to April 10, 2026, with 98,083 shareholders eligible to vote.
