1. Re-assignment of Mr. Pradeep S: From position of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) to Chief Financial Advisor (Senior Management Personnel)
2. Appointment of Mr. C. Muniramaiah: As Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company

Mr. C. Muniramaiah (New Appointment)
- Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary
- Over 17 years of extensive experience across corporate banking, manufacturing, retail, technology, and listed companies
- Held several senior finance leadership positions in large and high-growth organizations, including publicly listed entities
- Expertise in financial strategy and planning, treasury and capital management, fundraising, investor relations, corporate governance, risk management, and finance transformation
- Known for strategic leadership and strong financial acumen
- Experience in driving business growth, strengthening financial performance, and optimizing capital structures
