Western Ministil shareholders unanimously approved all four resolutions at the April 15, 2026 EGM with 100% votes in favor.
Resolutions included acquiring 100% of Micron Calcite Private Limited and approving material related party transactions.
Shareholders ratified three director appointments: Kalpesh Patel, Vandana Patel, and Hiralben Gohil as Independent Director.
Total voter participation was 19.08% of outstanding shares, with 35 shareholders casting 1,175,059 valid votes.
