Projected Interviews: 500+ candidates
Selection Target: 200+ selections across four events
Total Positions: Approximately 350 positions through KABI / City Taxi and other recruitment partners
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 23-50 years
- Minimum qualification: 10th grade
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driving licence and passport
Compensation: ₹80,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month on commission-based structure for Dubai Taxi Driver positions
Process: Direct recruitment with on-the-spot interviews
Previous Experience: Company has conducted 8 similar recruitment events for UAE and Dubai region hirings
Future Plans: Additional hiring drives planned across other target cities in coming months
