Western Overseas Study Abroad Limited has entered into an Agreement with the group of Russian State Universities RACUS GROUP, Russia, based in Saint Petersburg. The agreement authorizes the company to act as a representative of the Group of Russian State Universities for:
- Attracting and recruiting citizens of India to study at specified higher education institutions
- Preparing and transferring/sending application documents of candidates to the University
- Operating in accordance with the requirements of the admission committees and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation
Transaction Context
The agreement was entered into in the ordinary course of business. The promoter/promoter group of the Company do not have any interest in the University, confirming that the Agreement does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
