WeWork India signed a lease deed for 81,166 sq ft in Bengaluru, adding ~1,256 desks to its capacity.
Investment of ₹31 crore (approx.) will be funded via internal accruals or debt, targeted by May 2026.
Existing capacity stands at 1,21,638 desks with 83.90% utilization as of December 31, 2025.
