WeWork India Adds 864 Desks in Pune Expansion

WeWork India disclosed a new 61,998 sq. ft. Leave & License Agreement in Pune for capacity addition.
The expansion will add approximately 864 desks, increasing operational capacity to meet growing demand.
The project requires an investment of ₹36 Crore, to be financed through internal accruals or debt.
The new capacity is tentatively scheduled to be operational on or before August 2026.
