WeWork India Management Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited regarding the allotment of equity shares through employee stock option exercises.

The Board of Directors of the Company approved, via circular resolution passed on May 30, 2026, the allotment of 13,87,228 (Thirteen Lakh Eighty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty-Eight) fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each to eligible option holders. This allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of vested stock options under the Company's employee stock option schemes.

The breakdown of allotment by plan is as follows:

  • 13,77,642 (Thirteen Lakh Seventy-Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Forty-Two) equity shares allotted under the WeWork India Management Limited 2018 Equity Incentive Plan
  • 9,586 (Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty-Six) equity shares allotted under the WeWork India Management Limited 2021 Equity Incentive Plan

The Company received an aggregate exercise consideration of ₹7.52 crore (₹75,200,000) from the option holders for exercising these stock options.

Following this allotment, the Company's paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹1,38,58,11,800 (Rupees One Hundred Thirty-Eight Crore Fifty-Eight Lakh Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Only), comprising 13,85,81,180 (Thirteen Crore Eighty-Five Lakh Eighty-One Thousand One Hundred and Eighty) equity shares of ₹10 face value each.

The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and includes details required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
