Wheels India-Bosch JV for Commercial Vehicle Air Systems

Wheels India Board approved a 50:50 joint venture with Bosch Limited to develop and produce solutions for the commercial vehicle air system segment.
The JV company will have a 4-member board with equal representation and features a 5-year share lock-in period for partners.
Bosch Limited (FY26 turnover: ₹20,035 Cr) and TSF Companies (combined FY26 turnover: ₹13,158 Cr) will contribute funding proportionally to the JV.
The JV aims to address the global shift toward modular, electronically controlled air and braking platforms in the commercial vehicle segment.
