Wheels India Final Dividend Rs 9.14 per Share

Wheels India Ltd board recommended a final dividend of Rs 9.14 per equity share (91.4%) for FY26.
The record date for dividend eligibility is set for June 24, 2026, with book closure from June 25 to July 1, 2026.
Dividend payment will be made on or before July 30, 2026, following shareholder approval at the AGM on July 1, 2026.
