Key Revisions to Preferential Issue Terms

The Company identified an error in the original EGM notice dated April 24, 2026, where the issue price was incorrectly stated as ₹10.00 per equity share instead of the minimum price of ₹10.07 per equity share determined by the Registered Valuer's report dated April 17, 2026.

Revised Terms of Preferential Issue:

| Particulars | Earlier | Revised |

| Issue Price per Equity Share | ₹10.00 | ₹10.07 |

| Aggregate Consideration | ₹46,77,03,000 | ₹46,77,02,993 |

The revised preferential issue comprises up to 4,64,45,183 equity shares of face value ₹10 each, fully paid-up, at an issue price of ₹10.07 per equity share, towards conversion of outstanding unsecured loans of the Company.
